Mi Taqueria Bemidji brings the soul of true Mexican street food to a permanent, year-round spot right here in town. Drawing on centuries of taco tradition—from ancient maize tortillas to the iconic al pastor spit—this stationary taco truck serves handcrafted flavors built from scratch. Every taco is layered with house-made adobos, oven-roasted vegetables, fresh-made sauces, and trompo-fired meats carved straight off the vertical spit.
